We have the number for the student accommodation where she lives, but we don't know how to ask for her flat number. What should we say? We're not stalkers by the way, we just want to compliment her on her hair.

The school can't give out her information, it's a part of a code that many to almost all schools and universities go by. But I'm sure a nice tweet or direct message to her on twitter would be appreciated by her.
