I have a grad degree in social sciences and want to enter corporate sector. Also I am non european but live here

It's not descrimination, you'd get. It's "if you want to work here take it out." descrimination is when you can't help the thing. in this case, it would be stipulation, which you might very well face. But, I couldn't be sure.

I'm not much sure about this.
But as per per my view it might be less chances fo rthe corporate sector.

As long as you take it out, no problems with it.
It depends a little on your boss and where you're going to work.
