On twitter It this person who isn't following me literally stalking everything I do, they send me messages and stuff but they're not following me so I can't block them or anything what do I do?

You can block someone who isnt following you. Go to their profile and click the little arrow tab by their list of followers/who they're following. Unfortunately, blocking people on Twitter is close to pointless because they can still see your profile and everything, they just can' t follow you or send you direct messages. I'm pretty sure they could @mention you, but you might not get notified about it. Not sure about that yet.
