i just got my sisters laptop and her twitter account is on it. i cant figure out how to log out of it and put my twitter account on it. what do you click on to log out of it? also how do you make a twitter account private?

To log out, go to twitter.com and click the cog icon in the top right. At the bottom of the dropdown list you can click 'Sign Out'.
To make a twitter account private, go to https://twitter.com/settings/account and click on the tick box next to 'Protect my Tweets'. Then save changes

You can remove your browser history or cookies.

Clear cookies of browser then it will go logout too.
