In The Communist Manifesto, Carl Marx rights in section 2, paragraph 78 "capital is therefore not a personal, it is a social power." What does he mean by this?

He meant if individuals or group have the means to buy and purchase we are a building a social dynamic bridge to increase standard of living and eventually a stable economy. Market monopoly hinders innovative progress, for instance alienation from work and machination of craftsmanship (factories).
