When I want to post something in someones wall on twitter, I put the @ then the name, but when I look at the persons profile, I don't see what I said in their wall. Help?

It doesn't work like facebook. The @Name just mentions them in your Tweet. They see this and know that you mentioned them, and then they can mention you back or send you a direct message.

you can only mention them and they can reply to you by DM or reply the only way to put post it on their profile is for them to retweet it
