I have no interest in FB no more, but I want to continue to maintain my account.

Nothing. I hadn't logged into mine for years after I made the account and it was still there when I finally did.

The worst that could happen would be that your notifications would stack up, your time sensitive games (farmville, cafeworld, etc) would obviously keep going... and that's about it

your facebook will kindof "pause" , you will build up on notifications and emails though , if people interact with you , but your page will not change at all
