Found that he had been following someone who is a complete slut. Twitter picture was litreally just boobs. Sayin hed like to see more and she sent him a picture. Not only that he has been following people who show themselves inappropriately and porn-like twitter accounts showing pictures of everything. Completely disgusted and betrayed to say the least!

The simple answer is that you don't trust him. This is wrong behavior on his part and is in violation of any trust you may have had with him prior to this.
Talk to him and tell him you have found this out and how it makes you feel, and tell him he has lost your trust.

If you caught him with porn, I would say don't take it personally. When it's a real person, that's different. It's low level cheating. It's rude. It's stupid. And he is a jerk for doing it.
