Unfortunately, I was unable to find the birth dates for these people; all of the biographies available on the internet do not list the birth date or even the birth year, and these composers do not have books or anything written about them.
These are some of the best online biographies that I found for each, with information about college graduations and such that may be able to help you figure out more information about them, even if it's not their birth date:
