Ive tried all the surveys, none of them work. i just wont to make sure that there isnt a real legit way of getting free chips, if there is though, please tell me. Thank you.

there's the daily lottery, but that usually doesn't give very many chips. Also, when you play, there will be an icon on the right that says get 2000 free chips. The last absolutely free way is on special occasions the app will send a notification saying you can claim (usually) 1000 chips. But those are really the only ways to truly get free chips.
