I had my twitter account for 1 day and it's already suspended! I have no idea what I exactly did wrong, but I followed the directions on other websites of what to do, but I'm now just wondering how long it usually takes until Twitter unsuspends your account if they actually do? I'm not exactly a patient person.. (: Thanks!

Twitter only really suspends people if they tweet a lot to someone famous. My guess is you probably tweeted one person numerous times and they suspended you. I think it takes around 10 days to become unsuspended. Try creating a temporary account for a week or so - then deleting it when your old account is unsuspended. Hope this helps!!
