There's many, not many actors and actresses follow their fans on Twitter. Justin Bieber follows, tweets, retweets, direct messages his fans everyday I think he is the biggest celebrity that actually does care for his fans and takes the time out of his schedule and gets them to notice but he will not follow, tweet, retweet or direct message a Justin Bieber hater. You could get a celebrity that doesn't really follow fans but will follow you if you say a very interesting unique tweet that they will notice.
