I have an unregistered Facebook application that I am testing and can't find documentation on customizing the tiny favicon that appears in the sidebar. Any help is much appreciated.

Use Application Creator....(via Facebook Developers).it allows u to edit anything!!!!!!

go to the facebook developers website and you should be able to edit the app from there
