How do you request somebody to follow you on Twitter?
I am trying to Direct Message Justin Bieber to follow me (Don't judge, I love him) but when I look under the Actions button, there is no choice to Direct Message him. How do I Direct Message him if there is no Direct Message button?

It doesn't really work that way. The person has to ask you to follow you. You could ask the person to follow you via direct message tho. Good luck (;

there are a couple ways, but the easiest is to contact them by email, in person, etc and give them your information. another way is to 'follow' them then send a 'direct message' requesting they follow you in return.
