I want to get on the internet on my xbox because my laptop got taken.I don't have xbox live. Is there a way for me to get on the internet? I just want to get on yahoo messnger
Not only yahoo messenger but can i get on facebook without xbox live??

No, You can not get to Yahoo from xbox live or in any other way through your xbox.

on an xbox 360, you may use twitter, facebook, lastfm(customized music station), netflix, windows messenger, private messeging(to other xbox live gamertags) & party/private chat(to other xbox live accounts via headset). im sorry, but there is no yahoo messenger available on the 360

there is no internet browser in xbl. you need xbox live gold subscription for facebook though
