I just got a account and i don't rely now how to talk to the people.

To just say what you're doing, just type it in the box below where it says "What are you doing?"
To talk to a certain person, just put @usernamehere and then whatever you want to say to them, or you can send them a direct message by going to their profile, and on the sidebar on the right it should say 'send usernamehere a direct message'. Direct messages are private.
To see if someone you know has a Twitter account, go to the top right corner of the page and click "Find People." Type in their name and if their picture/name is there, you can see their profile and follow them. :]
