Okay, so there's sorta a problem on my twitter. I only get the tweets from the people I follow and that also follows me back. If someone replies to me, it doesnt show on my page, i have to go to their page to view that tweet unless i follow that person. But it's not suppose to be that way, right? How do I change that?! For example celebrity replies to fans but they dont follow them. but they still get the tweets from their fans. help me please lol.

No, that's how twitter works.
When a celebrity looks up their reply tweets, they go to that little search box above the "Trending Topics" and type in @(celebrity twitter username here)
and then all of the reply tweets that go to that celebrity, are on that page!

Have you looked on the right hand side of your screen for the @your username. When you click there you can see updates mentioning your username and you should see replies there.
Also below that there is the inbox for all your direct messages.
