evreytime i go on the what you ding bit send a message but it goes up on my page and not the persons page im sending it to also i dont understand because im following her and shes following me plkz gelp this weird twiter pissing me off

you are going to have to direct message someone to send a message that only they see. from your home page, click the direct messages link on the right.
