please, i have a youtube account and all of my subscribers want to communicate through twitter and I have an account, i just don't know how to use it!!

Its easy, you just have to write small 140 or less word messages and click update, those messages will be seen by your friends, you can also send private messages to your friend list, and for instance it can be use to promote or update people about your videos.
In order to grow your friends list you can add people from your friends profiles and soon many will be adding you to their lists.
