I ask becasue i am developing a facebook application.. and am having problems.. and i live in the US.. so it would be really great to know if the potential users of my application are able to access the new facebook yet.. my contact in Toronto says no... any help appreciated.

yeah. i'm from canada, the new facebook is availible for me but its ugly lol
