On facebook I can't chose my tops. I know there's an application for that but I chose not to use it. There is always one same person that is always on my tops though. Every time I go to my profile there is the same picture on my friends. Why is that so?

because they leave comments, pm's, chat, answer questions about you, visit your page, pictures, all those sorts of things.
