i have a twitter account but its private so it i send a tweet to someone who im following but their not follwing,me can they see it

Navigate to Twitter's support page (support.twitter.com). Key in the URL to go directly to the page or, if you're signed into your Twitter account, click on your screen name in the top-right corner and select "Help."
