if you are on someones twitter page, how do you tell them something? I cant figure it out. I see everyone else's stuff but I cant figure out how to leave a message for them....

You send them a direct messenge, I believe

You can either send a direct message or mention them.
by including their screen name but with an "@" in front of it.
