He won't follow you or answer you.
And most likely, like most celebrities, they have someone who checks and looks over their messages and e-mails for them. So you're not going to have him follow you unless you somehow knew him in real life and asked him then. Otherwise, no.
I don't get why anyone would want him to follow them anyway, but okay...
