On Twitter what will happen if I reply to person's tweet when both of us are not following each other....for example if i reply to the tweet of some film star whom I am not following & he is also not following me then where my replied tweet will go, will he be able to see it...!

Also tell me what happens if i retweet anyone who is not following me & i am also not following him?

Your replied tweet will be on your profile...but, the guy probably won't see it for he is not following YOU.
A Retweet is Retweeting somebody else's tweet to people who are following you.
