I don't have a Twitter, nor do I want one but I want to look at one of my former teacher's tweets and complete profile. So how is it done?

Well Twitter doesn't allow anyone without an account to view private accounts. You have to create an account. Cos for private accounts, the person has to accept your follow request, then you can see the account.
