How can I use twitter.please tell me how will I send message or tweet to other members of twitter,and how I see my message or tweet send to me by other member to me.

Just login to your twitter account and you will see What's happening and a space below that. Use that space to tweet. If you want send messages to an individuals then go to their profile and use the messages option given in there.

You can send direct message only to the people who are following you. but in case of tweet you can send it to anybody. after "Login" just go to your Home write @recipient: (like @BarackObama
your message on "What’s happening?" (within 140 character) and tweet it.if you like any tweet then you can retweet it. Point your mouse over that particular message, it will show Favorite - Retweet - and Reply buttons.
in you Home page you can see this buttons
* Timeline * @Mentions * Retweets * Searches * Lists
in Timeline- you can see the latest tweets by the people, whom you follow.
@Mentions: Tweets that mention you, or are in reply to you, appear here.
Retweets: -Retweets by others
- Retweets by you
-Your tweets, retweeted
Searches: you can save any topic or query,
Lists: you can make lists by private and public.
