I deactivated my account and when I reactivated it I had application requests. Why is this?

bcuz facebook does not permantly delete or deactive ur account. it freezes it. when u log back in it has all ur info and evrything saved. its kinda like they just put it on hold for a while until u decide to use it again in the future
