If you are following your favorite comedian for example, but they're not following you, can they see your tweets? Super new to twitter.. lol

it depends, if your profile is on private, they have to be following you and you have to approve. If your account is not on private and he/she is not following you, he/she can only see your tweet if 1) you tweet them (like, @Username *message here*), 2) They go to your profile and read your tweets, or somehow read it somewhere, or 3) Someone they follow retweets you. They can see your tweets in ways but it just wouldnt appear on their stream, you must get noticed and stuff
