So.... What is there to do on Facebook? It's kinda boring. I just made the page to speak with my sister, but now that I'm there I was wondering what all of the hub bub is about with Facebook? What do people do there that is fun? Like can I customize my page with personal backgrounds? Add music? Is there anything fun and exciting to do there?

It's a forum, like any other. Too bad few people see the potential in such an unusual post/reply system.

get addicted to games.....waste your life......learn details about peoples lives you don't care about......etc. and talk. thats about it

Here's a few things you could do.
You can add applications. Some popular ones with my friends are "Likeness", "Superwall", "Top Friends", "Movies", "iLike", and "My Questions". There are many others, so feel free to browse them.
You can add a background to your site, but no one else will see it unless they have the same thing installed onto their background. If you still want a background, GOOGLE Facebook Background and choose which ones you prefer.
You could play games like Farmville, Cafe World, games that you could level up in by doing certain things. Can be really addicting!
You could comment and like statuses or pictures so those people would reply to what you said or liked and you could get notifications!
If you wanna add music, I don't think theres any other way but to just put a YouTube music video on your wall. You could try this but I'm not sure if it works properly -
Try this:
I went to "edit page" on the band page (under the profile pic) and then on the "Music Player" listing about halfway down the page, I clicked on "edit" (that little "pencil looking thing, to the right of the page"), and I was able to submit songs there.
