just asked my friend on twitter if he was in a frat cus he tweet said "frat city bit**"
and his reply was "i I got a chill to pull ratio of 5/5"
what the heck does that mean?
i dont want my reply to be what does that mean?
so uh can someone help me out?

If he's really your friend, you should be able to ask him that. If you're scared to do it, you shouldn't be friends with him.
