ok people i follow like the celebs and that say stuff like @lionsgatemovies has said first to retweet anwser or sometimes they anwser others questions but how can they read it if they don"t follow you? And another example is Tony Stewart said to direct message the anwser or whatever but he dosn't follow people. and be4 a celeb came on and said he'd anwser ppl's questions and he did and was given every1 anwsers well how do u give him the message?

They don't have to follow you to see your responses. If you put the '@' before their username, then it will show up under their "Replies" feed.
If YOU follow them, you can direct message them first, and then they can reply.
