i just got twitter and i know how to follow people..but im trying to figure it out, what are retweets, what happens when you "reply" and how do you comments on other peoples tweets? thanks!
and how do you see others responses to tweets

@(user) - replying is a public reply to the person where they get notified, but everyone else can see. if you want it to be a private message to them, then make it a direct message.
RT (user): (tweet) - Retweeting is when you simply want to tweet what someone else said so your followers can read it.
