What does the slang word sway mean? I see people use it on twitter like "Yesterday was a great night #sway" or like "i got a new shirt #sway"

It depends on the region! Are you sure theyre not saying "swag" though?? Its more than likely swag, and it means good style, but people say it after alot of things.

Maybe you got this word misunderstood .In my area poeple say it swanky (smart /splendid and similar)
