Are social networking sites really to blame for people posting what should be private on a public form? - Stephanie - 12-19-2012 12:01 PM

Do people really that posting a picture of themselves drunk and passed out next to a toilet seat isn't going to come back to blow up in their faces? Once it's out there, it's going to be out there forever. You can't take that back. (Of course it would be totally different if he or she didn't post those pictures on places like MySpace, Twitter, Facebook, and so on. Are these social networking sites really to blame for people's stupidity or is it the people themselves?

i think it is the people themselves but the social networking sites are just used as a medium for people to do stupid things. people can pictures of themselves if they want but they will have to pay a price for them. they can't just expect it to stay private when they post it on the world wide web (it's called that for a reason)

good question by the way!
