Okay. So I have a blackberry curve 8530, and i have the facebook app, and BB maps, and everything I need to use "Facebook Places", but on the facebook application, where it asks if you want to share your location with facebook, it wont let me tick the box. What's wrong? What do I need to do to get this to work? This REALLY bugs me.

Enable GPS.
Options icon - Advanced Options - GPS
GPS Data Source: Device GPS
GPS Services: Location On
Location Data: Enabled
Location Aiding: Enable
Press the Menu key and select Save
Facebook - Options
Try to turn Places on again
