I was on twitter and someone tweeted me " you follow 32 people ,im crying" what does it mean? Sorry to sound weird and no rude answers

'You follow 32 people' means that you are 'following' 32 people's twitter accounts, and their tweets will show up on your feed. The other part is complete nonsense.

They are saying it because they can see how many people you follow which is shown on your profile and their either saying it due to you having more or less then them that's why they put crying :-) x
