I will get a message in my inbox and everytime i click it... the next day i have spam comments on my page. where did that come from?

Don't click links in those messages... you could get viruses from them which post messages on your twitter feed.
To stop getting these messages? You can't really stop people from spamming your inbox, you just have to ignore these messages.
