I have a few questions about twitter:
1)If i tweet someone will that come up on my followers home pages if they're not following the person i tweeted?
2)How do i tweet someone whos not following me and will they get the message?

1) If you tweet someone than the person you tweeted is not comes up in followers homepages unless you follow him or the person follow you.
2) Yes you can send the tweet as well as Direct message to anyone, here is syntax..
TO send tweet someone: "@razarahil Hello How are you, its my first tweet".
here @razarahil is a person whom you want to tweet
To send Direct Message: "d razarahil Hello its as Direct message"
difference between direct message and tweet is that tweet will shown up to all your followers as well as homepage but direct message will go directly to user inbox.
