I uploaded a video and I want to share it with another you tube member I know, not a facebook, twitter account.
How do I do this?

In order to do that you must first follow another youtube user. the best way to do that is by becoming a subscriber to their channel on youtube..

Could just post them a message with the video link in the comment section.

Other choice is using google plus 1 share button . You can generate it here http://wm-tool.com/tool-youtubevideocheck.php and no need to embed just share it from that site .
