I didn't read all of this but from what i gathered you probably aren't getting the tickets. Britney's boyfriend would probably have more friends then that and probably wouldn't be talking to a 13 yr. old.
There is a chance that this creeper has the tickets and wants to meet your sister. Would you really want that?
