I would really like to send a message to the Jonas Brothers. I don't particularly want to sign up for twitter or any other social network, but I would prefer to send them an e-mail. So if you know about any successful method of communication let me know.

I doubt it, and even if you tried to contact them through twitter I doubt they would get around to reading it because of the tons of other fans trying to contact them. Since you're in Canada you should wait until the next time the visit Much Music and go see them there.
