It's sort of (gonna) be like the google version of facebook

It is a status update and content sharing service by Google. Buzz will show photos and videos that you may put up from your albums. Updates can be displayed on the Buzz interface along with a provision for showing updates from Twitter, Flickr, Google Reader and Picasa
