Is what u asked blared somewhere in facebook and twitted all over the world on the twitter business?
I really do not understand. If some one could explain I would appreciate it..

It means you have an option to have others on your facebook and twitter to have a chance to answer any questions you post on here. It wouldn't work unless you had a facebook or twitter, however, and it would only be shown to your facebook friends and to those who follow you on twitter.
