There is someone on my Twitter page in the "Similar to you" box on the left that I do not want there because of the content. Is there any way to remove her from my "Similar to you" box? Please, I don't want people to get the wrong message about me.

You can't remove it, however you can press the small x beside them to show someone else to follow. Just ignore it
