In order to Regain Access you Have to Follow the Instructions on the Screen it May Ask for a Code or a Photo ID Or it May ask you to Identify People in Pictures What Ever it May Be

either somebody has tried to hack into your account.....or you have logged in too many times with the wrong password....or possibly you tried logging in from a different computer/phone than what you normally use and facebook didnt recognize you....those are the reasons for this happening... it has happened to me before. dont panic....usually it will let you identify some people that you know from your page, or have you answer the security questions that you used when you first made a facebook... so try answering them if so.....then you will be back on no problem.....you may just have to ask fb go to their technical page and let them know your issue...but if you have to wait for 12 days...then just wait...it's not going to kill you lol....i know how you feel cause it has happened to me before, but I waited for 12 days, it was a piece of cake....just try using twitter....I actually like it better than facebook.
