i mean, lets say that i'm following a celebrity and commenting on his updates and stuff, will he see them if i'm not on his "following" list? so in that case, i'm basically talking to myself when commenting on his updates? does he see them even if he doesn't follow me. how do regular people get celebs to follow them? or do celebs actually follow regular people? what can i do to make the celeb that im following to reply me or follow me?

Those are the only celebs following me.
I think some have it to where there twitter automatically follows the followers. lol

no, he'll see your comments as long as you put the @(twitter address) there. The only thing you cant do if he's not following you is send a direct message.
Sometimes celebs follow you once you follow them, celebs like Smoky Robinson, Gavin DeGraw and Kristinia DeBarge do for example.
others sometimes tweet things like, " I wanna follow some fans" and then you can always try and contact them and ask them to follow you. The only person I know who does that though is Kevin Jonas
