How can I sign up to receive text messages from Twitter when a particular Twitter user tweets something? I do not have and do not want my own Twitter account. I only want my phone to get text messages of others' tweets. Can I do this?

I don't think you can but you should ask some you know with a twitter account or look on the website.

You can not receive tweets unless you have a twitter account and are 'following' other peoples feeds.
