Question about Twitter? - hi - 10-08-2012 03:14 PM

I recently read that to tell a real celebrity on Twitter from a fan page or fake account, there is the little verification button. (The blue circle with the white check mark) But it has to be click able for it to be real. And that some sneaky people put the verification sign but it's not click able which proves it fake. So I was following people on twitter, and I found Louis Tomlinson from 1D in the suggestion box, and it was a completely real account, because he was followed by all the other real stars, but the verification sign was there, and it wasn't clickable. What does this mean? Thanks in advance!
(Also, do you know any way that I can get him to reply to me on Twitter, or any other star? Do you know any unique inside jokes or anything about 1D or Louis in general that I can say? Something he would find more amusing than just a "OMG!! I LOVE YOU GUYS!!")
Thanks again. Big Grin

It doesn't have to be clickable - It is still a verified account. The Blue check mark should be next to the name in the right side. Otherwise it is fake.

The goal of contacting and getting a reply from a celebrity is to be consistent and persistence. Write what you feel about them - don't be over the top but appreciate his portfolio of work and create an impression that you know all of his movies, tv shows, music performances, etc.
