could twitter help me out on this car accident? - kafevahe - 01-07-2013 07:15 PM

i was in a bad car wreck on the highway yesterday.
i lost control of the car and i hit someone then spun and got t-boned.
however, we were all lucky to be ok and alive.

my daughter went to ask the guy i hit first if he was ok,
he was on the phone and said it wasn't his car, but that he was fine,
he was very alert and the first one to get out of the car.

as she went to the other person that hit me and he also said he was fine.

however, today my insurance called me to tell me that he said that he was hurt and that his back hurt.

though not uncommon in a car accident, due to the fact that my back was hurt and the reason i did not get out of the car as i couldn't walk.

the thing is, that though he says he is hurt, after saying he was fine,

i looked him up on twitter,
and he had tweeted,
"got in a wreck, car fucked up, not my fault." and then hash tagged "bitchbettahavemymoney"

could i use that to possibly prove that he was indeed not hurt and requesting just money.
he is young, and does not seem to be going in a good path,
(drugs) etc, from Facebook pictures.

i do not stalk him,
i just want to make sure that things are done the right way and that no one is taking advantage of this.

I don't see him saying "I'm perfectly fine" in his tweet either - he doesn't mention anything about his own health in that tweet.

The hash tag is insulting (calling you a b*tch), but doesn't in anyway prove intent to swindle you of money. He could just legitimately want the money to repair his car.

I see nothing that could be used.

HE MAY HAVE NOT FELT HURT AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT IT CAN TAKE SOME TIME 2-3 DAYS OR MORE YOU DID HIT HIM AND YOUR INSURANCE SHOULD COVER ALL COST SO BEWARE
